Watercolor Artist to showcase Editorial Cartoons with Congressman

be hosting a reception to view selected Editorial Cartoons
by famed Watercolor Artist Dale Perkins. Dale’s
first artistic love was cartooning. At the age of 13, Tack Knight,
a nationally syndicated San Francisco cartoonist,
tutored him. Dale has since created numerous editorial cartoons
and also illustrated a California Comic Strip called
“The Surf Dude” with his son Tarny.

Watercolors of Boats and Bridges, Exhibit at Coyote Point Yacht Club
